PAYMENT & SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Membership Subscription Policy

Memberships are:

• Minimum 12-month term

• Paid monthly in advance

• Non-refundable

• Non-transferable

• Non-creditable

Managed Issues are allocated monthly and do not roll over.

Additional Managed Issues are charged at $149 per issue (coordination only).

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Acceptable Use

Membership services must not be used:

• For unlawful purposes

• For harassment of contractors

• For excessive administrative requests unrelated to property maintenance

• In bad faith

We reserve the right to suspend services for misuse.
